Weights by Willis wasn’t built from a business plan—it was built from experience. After a severe back injury, I was told what most people hear: surgery, injections, medication. That healing had to come from somewhere else.
But instead, I chose a different path—slowing down, listening to my body, and moving in ways that supported recovery.
And over time, I got stronger.
Not just physically—but mentally.
That’s when everything changed.
I realized the body is far more capable than we’re often led to believe. Sometimes, what we need isn’t more intervention—it’s the right environment, the right tools, and the space to reconnect.
That’s where Weights by Willis was born.

- Smith Machine with full weight setup
- Cable Machine (up to 200 lbs) with lat pulldown + arm attachments + bench clip-in
- Landmine attachment for full-body and rotational training
- Free weights (5–50 lbs)
- Kettlebells (5–50 lbs)
- Two adjustable incline benches
Functional Training & Movement
- TRX suspension bands
- Resistance bands (various levels)
- Ankle & wrist strap weights (0.5–2.5 lbs)
Recovery, Mobility & Restoration
- Massage gun
- Yoga ball, blocks, and support pillows
- Large mat for assisted stretching and mobility work
